ACE(M) Hack – 12 Hour Sprint to Innovation

ACE(M) HACK is a 12-hour offline hackathon under the flagship technical fest CBS CodeFest 2.0. It brings together the brightest student innovators to build impactful, scalable solutions.
Hackathon Overview
- Mode: Offline
- Venue: Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies (SSCBS), Rohini
- Dates: 28th March 2026 [Final confirmation soon]
- Duration: 12 Hours
- Team Size: 1–4 Members
- Total Prize Pool: ₹1,00,000
Eligibility
- Open to all undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Teams of 1 to 4 members.
- Cross-college and interdisciplinary teams are encouraged.
Problem Tracks
Participants will work on innovation, feasibility, and scalability across the tracks like:
- Web & Mobile Applications
- Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning
- FinTech & Blockchain
- EdTech
- Open Innovation

Hackathon Structure
Phase 1: Registration & Shortlisting
- Register on Devfolio and submit required details.
- Shortlisting via ppt/prototype submissions.
Phase 2: 12-Hour Build Sprint
- Develop a working prototype or MVP.
- Clearly define the problem statement and demonstrate feasibility.
- Mentors will be available throughout the event.
Phase 3: Final Evaluation & Demo
- Present to a judging panel.
- Demonstrate functionality and technical architecture.
- Q&A regarding scalability and impact.

- Technical Implementation
- Feasibility & Scalability
- User Experience & Design
- Impact & Real-World Relevance
- Presentation & Clarity
Prizes
- Winner: ₹50,000
- First Runner-Up: ₹30,000
- Second Runner-Up: ₹20,000
- Perks: Special Category Awards & Certificates for all finalists.
Rules & Guidelines
- Teams must build their solution during the hackathon.
- Pre-built or previously developed projects are not allowed.
- Plagiarism leads to immediate disqualification.
- Participants must bring their own laptops.
- Valid college ID is mandatory.
